Morgan Solar

     Morgan Solar was founded in early 2007 with the mission to make solar energy less expensive. The company has developed a number of concentrated photovoltaic (CPV) technologies, of which the first to market will be the Sun Simba HCPV.  The Sun Simba is a high efficiency, low cost CPV panel that uses proprietary optical concentration - the light-guide solar optic (LSO). The LSO allows Morgan Solar to avoid high cost and complexity inherent in concentration optics based on mirrors and lenses, and enabling the development of a simple, low cost efficient solar panel that is ideal for large scale solar power market. 

ClimateWell AB

ClimateWell AB is an international group with headquarters in Sweden, manufacturing in Spain, and direct sales and distribution throughout Europe. ClimateWell develops, manufactures and sells leading-edge products for economically and environmentally sustainable energy solutions. The systems add value to the customer in that they reduce and, in some cases eliminate the need for electricity and other fuels such as oil or natural gas, which normally are used for cooling and / or heating. The solar thermal energy most commonly used by ClimateWell products is naturally clean, sustainable, free and decentralized giving customers the opportunity to both save money and to help reduce carbon dioxide emissions.

Turnstone has formed and invested in a platform company that will acquire or license energy efficient or clean technology solutions. ClimateWell represents this Company's first partnership.

Turnstone Financial

 Turnstone Financial Services LLC ("TFS") is a Turnstone platform company co-founded by Turnstone Capital and Turnstone Operating Partner, Alfonso Campalans in 2008.  TFS is emerging as a leader in compliance systems and services for international financial institutions, focused on providing compliance, transaction monitoring, and other financial services to its customers. TFS and its partner, Optima Compliance, facilitate cross-border banking transactions and clearing by seamlessly integrating compliance systems with existing banking infrastructure.  

dMarc Broadcasting (sold to Google)

dMarc Broadcasting is a radio advertising automation and syndication company created by Chad and Ryan Steelberg in 2004 with the help of Turnstone (formerly Union Square Capital LLC).  dMarc Broadcasting, which was recently acquired by Google (NASDAQ: GOOG), helps its clients connect directly to advertisers through its automated patent-pending media platform. With an automated solution for managing radio advertising, dMarc brings greater ROI to radio advertising through increased accountability, transparency, and ease of implementation. Through its Scott Studios and Maestro automation systems, the company works with thousands of radio stations in the US and abroad. dMarc is headquartered in Newport Beach, CA.

TitanTV Media (sold to Broadcast Interactive Media)

Cedar Lane Asset Management LLC was launched in 2006 to fill a growing need for asset-based lending ("ABL") solutions for the global entertainment industry. Cedar Lane formed The Cedar Lane Entertainment Fund Ltd., which is an off-shore hedge fund that invests in middle market entertainment companies primarily in the US and the EU.
