Stuart A. Jamieson

Stuart Jamieson has more than 25 years of investment, private equity, financial and operational, and strategic planning experience. During his career, Mr. Jamieson has completed over $7 billion in transactions within the Consumer, Technology, Industrial Products, and Aerospace Industries. Mr. Jamieson currently serves as Managing Director of Tengram Capital Partners, LLC and its predecessor Windsong Brands, LLC where he participated in the acquisitions of Robert Graham, Design Within Reach, Ellen Tracy, CJ Apparel Group, and Carlos Falchi. He also led a number of acquisitions in the aerospace industry such as PPH Holdings, LLC and numerous manufacturing operations while with Radius Partners, LLC and Stamford Capital Group. He served as Managing Director of Stamford Capital Group, a private equity group specializing in corporate break-ups, LBO acquisitions, turnarounds of distressed entities, and consolidations of middle-market consumer, manufacturing and distribution companies. He managed all aspects of over 70 buy and sell transactions valued in excess of $6 billion. Skills included target identification and valuation, financial and legal due diligence, transaction structuring and negotiations. Post-acquisition responsibilities include financial and operational hands-on interim management, evaluation of tuck in acquisitions, establishing foreign sourcing, divestitures, financing, and growth and exit strategies of portfolio companies. He served on the board of directors and acted as Chairman on numerous portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Stamford Capital, Mr. Jamieson had over 10 years of financial, operational, and special project experience, both domestic and in 10 international countries, with such companies as United Technologies, Litton Industries, AIG and the Singer Company. He focused primarily on corporate restructurings, M&A, re-engineering, forensic accounting, litigation support, cash management and Internal and Financial Auditing. He began his career with the public accounting firm of Ernst & Young and is a CPA.

Mr. Jamieson currently serves on numerous boards including Questicore, ETPH, and Carlos Falchi. He is a member of the AICPA, ABI, TMA and FENG and is also a frequent speaker at M&A conferences. Mr. Jamieson resides in Westport, Connecticut.
